How It Works

Sign Up & Onboard

Choose your tier. We'll do an initial walkthrough to log your home's mechanical details (filter sizes, bulb types, etc.) so we always arrive prepared.

Quarterly Auto-Scheduling

You don't need to call us. We will reach out to you every season to book your visit at a time that works for you.

The Visit & The "To-Do" List

Our uniformed technician arrives on time. For Gold & Platinum members, if you have a small list of to-dos (hanging a picture, fixing a loose hinge), just let us know beforehand!

The Digital Health Report

After every visit, you receive a PDF report with photos of what we checked, what we fixed, and the current health status of your home.
